Prices:

The prices displayed for courses on My Learning Kart do not include Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT will be added based on the location of the course. Traveling expenses, accommodation, and staying expenses are not included in the prices. Delegates attending the courses can incur these expenses unless they have pre-booked them with our training management. We accept major credit and debit cards, including American Express. If a purchase order is arranged, the payer must provide the purchase order number, full invoice amount, scheduled course dates, and contact details for invoicing. If multiple courses are added to the cart, full payment including VAT is required before the first course starts. Certification and examination will be held until all pending payments are cleared. Cancellations will incur administration fees, which will be deducted from the invoice. Delegates must adhere to the terms and conditions set by My Learning Kart, even if a booking form has been signed and payments have been made.

Purchase Order/Identification Number:

For Purchase Orders, additional validation such as signed booking forms is not required. The Purchase Order serves as a legal offer for purchasing products and services and is subject to the Cancellation and Re-Booking policies outlined in this document.

Cancellation/Re-scheduling/Refund of Website Orders: Orders placed through My Learning Kart’s website are non-cancellable,non-refundable & non-reschedule able.
